Shamir state-of-the-art Freeform production lines, including application of high-end Shamir coatings, are completely digitized and automated, with data-driven, conveyor-based job handling. Skilled operators with glazing expertise use automatic MEI hardware for lens cutting and shaping, with strict inline quality control.

EYRES has comprehensive certifications, including CE, ANSI, and AS/NZS. This seal of approval and compliance with the strictest quality standards is etched into each of our safety glass frames. Each frame undergoes a rigorous process, ensuring that it not only meets but exceeds industry benchmarks.
